The focus of this consultancy practice is to tame your collaboration processes using off-the-shelf products. 

Mr. Violette's background includes the full range of business system development, from initial concept to development and finally through to deployment and stabilization.  He has also conducted small tactical projects that leveraged state of the art web application frameworks.

Over the past decade, he has built a variety of business systems, including

• A multi-discipline web-based order management workflow system for a major business jet Original Equipment Manufacturer.
• A point of sale system that is deployed within a major home improvement retailer, and is now the center piece of Oracle's point of sale offering.
• An engineering change request system for a first tier aircraft parts manufacturer.
• A sales configuration tool for a major computer hardware manufacturer.

Within these projects, he has also

• Established wiki collaborative document authoring and issue tracking software systems.
• Established version control systems.
• Built and maintained a number of small tactical web applications.
• Applied statistical analysis techniques to guide troubleshooting efforts.

Marc Edward Iott - Business Development Associate

Over thirty years of experience in senior management positions in business and operations systems.  Positions held include General Manager, Director of Supply Chain, Vice President of Operations and President and COO.  As a General Manager for a premier tier one supplier in the Automotive Industry was instrumental in design and implementation of the first just-in-time delivery relationship in North America.  Back ground includes implementation of Lean Manufacturing Systems in the JIT Environment.  As the leading manufacturing manager at two companies, he was assigned the responsibility to develop and mentor minority suppliers and oversee their successful integration into the supply chain.

 

With experience in both the automotive and aerospace industries, Mr. Iott has been called on to consult some for premier companies on manufacturing systems and value stream optimization.  He has been a leading proponent of employ participation in continuous improvement processes leading to the creation of highly effective and self directed work force processes. 

 

Most recently, Mr. Iott has been involved with refining ERP and Business Systems applications, creating effective and relevant information systems for scheduling and metrics evaluation.
